Bansko is a town in southwest Bulgaria at the foot of the Pirin Mountains, which are part of Pirin National Park. The national park is also known for the high-altitude Vihren Peak, with forested ridges and striking glacial lakes. Footpaths cross the park’s craggy alpine landscape, home to bears and wolves. Our wellness escape in Bansko will make you reconnect with the nature and all its benefits. From fitness classes in the forest to meditation at the bottom of the Pirin mountain or a yoga classes at the lakes, you will find plenty of time to rejuvenate and unwind. We will also offer a variety of optional activities such as golf on the Ian Woosnam course, horse riding in the mountains, a quad tour. *Our wellness escapes are designed for adults only. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT POLICY: Non-refundable deposit: To secure your space for this luxury retreat we require a 25% deposit. Remaining of the payment: The remaining payment will be due 90 days before the departure date. You have to be at least 18 years old to make a booking. GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your trip, Hoorays! does not offer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within one year of your original retreat date. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule: . If you cancel more than 90 days before your wellness escape start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another wellness escape. . If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your wellness escape start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another wellness escape. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your wellness escape. . If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your wellness escape start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another wellness escape. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your wellness escape. . If you cancel 14 days or less before your wellness escape start date, you will forfeit your entire payment. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within one week of the booking or 90 days prior to the escape start date, whichever comes first. Guests who fail to do so may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply. TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE: To join our wellness escapes, you must have a valid travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you will be engaging upon on your wellness escape & TRIP CANCELLATION. Depending on the policy and conditions, the travel cancellation insurance might pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most insurance companies you must purchase your insurance within 14 days of making your reservation. COVID: Due to COVID-19, there may be additional entry requirements in effect at your destination, which may change at short notice. Please familiarise yourself with the latest regulations before departure via your government's foreign advice service. Travel may only be permitted for certain purposes; travelling for leisure may not be allowed.
